Returns procedure

While we want you to be happy with everything you buy from us, we also understand that there may be times you want to send something back.

Therefore you can return anything to us, for any reason, completely free of charge within 7 days of receipt.

To make a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at info@pennysarcade.co.uk with your name and address, order number, and details of what you'd like to return.
  2. Post the items back to us using our freepost address:

    Please re-use the original packaging, and write your order number on the front of the box. You should find a freepost label to use at the bottom of your receipt.
  3. Your credit or debit card will be refunded within 28 days.

If you're returning a complete order and have paid a delivery charge, then of course we'll refund that as well. If you return part of an order, then any delivery charges or discounts will be re-calculated based on the remaining items.
